"I want to be that teacher that cares for their students as if they are my children, I want to be able to teach lessons and be able to help the students actually want to learn and understand and stay engaged in what I am teaching them, I want to be able to be that teacher that students can come talk to when they are feeling down and just need someone to comfort them because I know when how stressed and overwhelmed students can feel when they are in school."
"I want to be a teacher because I aspire to change people's opinions on math, [mainly] my students. I wonder how many students go through their education uninterested in math, not pursuing in the multiple opportunities they could have in their life that impact their lives as well as the lives of others."
"In my road to education, I plan on teaching in the area of history. I not only want to educate my future students about their history and background, but I also want to educate them on the history of the world including education. Giving them encouragement to always be open to learning in many ways. To know that education doesn’t just begin in the classroom, but it begins the moment you are born. As I knew very early on I always wanted to teach/educate and be open to learning."
