Joe Stephan is the Executive Director of the IFT Local 683 Education Foundation NFP. Since 2016 he also has served as the President of the Thornton Fractional Teachers Union AFT/IFT Local 683. Joe teaches Honors U.S. History and Advanced Journalism at T.F. North. He has been employed by District 215 since 2004. Joe is also a 1996 graduate of T.F. South. Tim Sullivan is the Executive Vice President and Treasurer for the IFT Local 683 Education Foundation NFP. He previously served as the T.F. South Vice President of the Thornton Fractional Teachers Union AFT/IFT Local 683. Tim teaches Honors Economics and Economics at T.F. South. He has been employed by District 215 since 2016. 

Jaimie Metoyer is the Secretary for the IFT Local 683 Education Foundation NFP. She teaches A.P. Language & Composition at T.F. South. Jaimie has been employed by District 215 since 2018 and will serve as T.F. South's English Division Leader starting in 2024. 

Maria Chavez is the T.F. North Liaison for the IFT Local 683 Education Foundation NFP. She serves as a social worker at T.F. North. Maria has been employed by District 215 since 2000. Maria can be reached at maria.chavez@local683ef.org.

Blanca is the T.F. South Liaison for the IFT Local 683 Education Foundation NFP. Blanca teaches Spanish, EL 1, EL 2, EL 3,  EL Civics and EL Economics at T.F. South. She has been employed by District 215 since 2024. Blanca is also a 2018 graduate of T.F. South.
